Additional Guests - The flat is not suitable for children under 12 and the maximum number of guests is two adults. No unregistered guests are permitted in the flat.
Quiet Hours
We only ask that you keep noise to a respectful level as to not disturb other occupants of the building.
Parties/Gatherings/Events
No parties, gatherings or events allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. This rule will be strictly enforced with immediate termination of the booking and a $350 violation fee and or additional fines for damages as a result.
Security Cameras
The building is equipped with security cameras in common areas only for the safety and wellbeing of all.
